SPRINKLE & DASH
bespoke desserts for life's most meaningful moments

Food has always been a love language for Amanda Anderson.
Long before she enrolled in culinary school in 2012, she was the one hosting dinner parties, testing recipes late into the night, and finding every excuse to feed the people she loved. That instinct — to nourish, to celebrate, to make something beautiful — eventually became a career.
Her training culminated in a stage at a Parisian wedding cake shop, an experience that changed everything. She came home with a point of view that still drives every cake she makes today: that a wedding cake is not an afterthought. It can be one of the most photographed, most remembered elements of your day and it deserves to be treated that way.
In 2014, she founded Sprinkle & Dash in Salt Lake City, with her mother Julie by her side. People took notice quickly — Sprinkle & Dash was featured in Utah Bride Magazine, Utah Bride Blog, The Knot, and the Huffington Post, cementing Amanda's place as one of Utah's most exciting voices in custom desserts.
Over a decade later, Sprinkle & Dash has become one of Utah's most trusted names in wedding cakes and dessert catering. Every cake is made from scratch. Every design is built around the client's vision. Every detail is intentional.
Outside the kitchen, Amanda is a wife, a mother, and the kind of host who makes everyone feel like the guest of honor. She has been a fixture at Craft Lake City and Park Silly Market, and can be found just as often recipe testing at home as she is designing a custom wedding cake.
She serves clients across Salt Lake, Summit, Davis, and Utah counties — and brings the same standard to every single order.
