01 — INQUIRE

Reach out via email or contact form with your event date, guest count, vision, and any inspiration photos you have. The more detail you share, the better, we want to understand not just what you want your cake to look like, but how you want your event to feel. We'll follow up within 48 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

02 — TASTING BOX

Once we've connected, we'll prepare a curated tasting box — $100, applied toward your total when you book. Inside you'll find a selection of our signature flavors, carefully packaged so you and your partner can taste together at home, on your own time. No pressure, no audience. Just good cake and a big decision made a little sweeter.

03 — DESIGN CONSULTATION

After your tasting, we'll schedule a consultation call to walk through every detail: flavor selections, design direction, florals, color palette, wedding style, and budget. Come prepared with your inspiration: photos, mood boards, fabric swatches, whatever speaks to you.

04 — PROPOSAL + CONTRACT

Within a few days of your consultation, you'll receive a custom proposal outlining your cake design, flavor selections, sizing, pricing, and delivery details. Once everything feels right, a contract is signed and a 50% deposit reserves your date. Please note: dates are not held without a signed contract and deposit.

05 — DELIVERY DAY

Your remaining balance is due one week before your wedding. We handle delivery and setup directly to your venue so you don't have to think about a thing. All you have to do is show up and enjoy it. Delivery is available throughout Salt Lake City, Park City, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on mileage and will be outlined in your proposal.
